Kale & Spinach soup with quinoa -242 calories

Ingredients

1-Frozen spinach & kale mix 170g (50 calories)
*no need to be chopped ,usually it comes that way.
2-Quinoa 2 tbsp ( 80 calories)
3-Carrots 50g (20 calories)
*shredded
4-Onion 50g ( 20 calories)
*chopped
5-Garlic 5 cloves
*minced
6-Water 5 cups
7-Salt 1tsp
8-Egg 1 ( 70 calories)
Directions
Put all ingredients from 1-7 in a medium size pot.Cover the pot half way and put it over a medium burner,high heat setting.
Boil for 30 minutes
Turn off the stove .
In a small bowl,mix well the egg with 1/2 cup of water.
Pour egg mixture in the soup, and mix well.
Cover the pot and let it stand for another 10 minutes.
Yields 5 cups of soup
