Pasta With Vegetables & Ground Turkey Meatballs – 380 Calories / No oil or butter used in cooking


Turkey meatballs -160 calories
1-Ground turkey 4oz(150 calories)
2-Onion 25g (10 calories)
3-Garlic 2 cloves
4-Salt 1/4 tsp
5-Dry Parsley 1/4 tsp
Chop as small as you can the onions.
Mix well the onions & garlic with ground turkey ,salt & parsley.
After make 6 meatballs.
*To make the meatballs equal size you can weight the mixture and divide it by 6.
Your hands will be sticky as you make the meatballs.Wet your hands as often as needed while making the meatballs.
Preheat the oven at 500 degrees .
Put the meatballs in a baking pan laid with parchment paper .
Cook meatballs for 10 minutes.

Pasta sauce-60 calories 
1-Diced tomatoes in can 1 cup ( 60 calories)
2-Salt 1/4 tsp
3-Oregano 1/4 tsp
Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
In a small pot put the pasta sauce and the meatballs .
Cook for 13 minutes in medium low heat with half way covered pot.

Pasta & vegetables -160 calories
1-Pasta 28g (100 calories)
2-Carrots 100(35 calories)
3-Zucchini 100g (25 calories)

In a small pot bring water to boil and put the pasta in.
Boil for 11 minutes .
While the pasta is boiling ,cut with wavy knife in similar size to pasta ,the carrots & zucchini .
*I cut the zucchini & carrots in slices first ,after I cut them with wavy knife.
After 11 minutes add the carrots & zucchini
Boil them together with the pasta for another 2 minutes.
Drain and rinse off with cold water.
Mix the sauce &meatballs with the pasta &vegetables .
