Spaghetti Squash with Ground Turkey


  • 2 ounces Ground turkey
  • 90 grams Brussels sprouts
  • 50 grams Zucchini
    Shred zucchini using # 1 side shredder
  • 100 grams Butternut squash
    Shred butternut squash using # 1 shredder
  • 50 grams Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Steak seasoning
    You can use your favorite seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 100 grams Tomatoes
    Cut small circles if are grape tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic
    Cut thinly

Cut the bottom of Brussels sprouts then cut them in half . After cut them thinly.
Chop small cubes the onions
If the tomatoes are grape tomatoes cut them small circles.


1- Put the first 7 ingredients in a medium sauté pan.
2- Put the pan in a medium burner over medium high heat.
3- Cover the pan, cook a total of 10 minutes making sure that for every 2 minutes follow the instructions below.
4- Every 2 minutes,uncover the pan and mix the ingredients.
5- Mix well all ingredients making sure the turkey does not become a big lump but is mixed all over with the rest of vegetables.
If during mixing the food gets stuck ,you can put little water,one or two tablespoon of water at time .
6- In the last 2 minutes, add the garlic and tomatoes.
When 2 minutes are done turn off the stove .
7- Let it covered for 10 more minutes before you serve.

Put the mix vegetables and turkey in top of spaghetti squash.
If you like the way I plated ,put the vegetables and ground turkey in the middle and spaghetti squash all around.

Calories: Ground Turkey 75, Brussels sprouts 40, zucchini 13, butternut squash 40, onion 20, tomatoes 18, baked spaghetti squash 54 = 260 Calories
