2-Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Cut the pear thinly then put them in a 9 inch baking pie dish. Sprinkle the sliced pears with cinnamon as evenly as you can as seen in the picture below.(I sprinkle little more cinnamon on the pears then 1/2 tsp).Cover tightly the baking pan with aluminum foil .
Bake for 20 minutes in 475 degree preheated oven.
Cashew sauce with avocado (142 calories)
1-Unsalted cashews 0.5 oz (75 calories)
2-Honey 1tsp (20calories)
3-Avocado 13g (22 calories)
4-Peanut butter powder 1tbsp (25 calories)
*If you don’t have the peanut powder ,just add more cashews (25 calories)
6-Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
Mix above ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Makes 5 tbsp cashew sauce.
Divide the sauce and pears in 2 servings.
Spread the sauce in 2 plates .
Put the pears over ,as shown in the first picture.
