- 1 cup Garbanzo beans
I used canned beans. Wash them well to take off excess salt.
- 20g Carrots
Shredded with #1 side shredder
- 30g Celery
- 20g Onion
In this dish I used red onions ,but if you have sweet onions, use them instead.
- 60g Napa cabbage 60g (8 calories)
- 1/2tsp Capers 1/2tsp
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes 100g
Cut them round
- 15g Avocado
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp Water
1- Mix the dressing ingredients until creamy
1- Mix salad ingredients in a bowl.
2- Pour dressing over the ingredients,mix well.
* If you like you can add olive oil but make sure to count the calories.
