Crust -305 calories
1-Almond flour 1/4 cup (160 calories)
2-Ground Flaxseed 1tbsp(35 calories)
3-Ground Chia Seeds 1tbsp(60 calories)
4-Peanut butter powder 2tbsp (50 calories)
5-Water 1tbsp
Mix well the above ingredients together until create a moldable lump.Spread with your fingers evenly on a 6 inch baking pan.

Filling-151 calories
1-Baked Sweet potato 100g( 86 calories)
2-Baked Butternut Squash 85g (35 calories)

*If you don’t have butternut squash just use 40g more sweet potatoes.
3-Brown sugar 2 tsp ( 30 calories)
4-Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
5-Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
6-Lemon Juice 1tsp
*mix well until creamy

Put the sweet potatoes & butternut squash filling over the crust.
Bake the pie in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

2- Pie just out of the oven

Cashews sauce -187 calories

1-Unsalted Cashews 1 oz (157 calories)
2-Honey 1/2 tbsp(30 calories)
3-Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
4-Water 1/2 cup
*if you want you can replace the water with almond-coconut milk ,just add the 23 calories extra to the recipe.
Mix the above ingredients in a blender until creamy.
As you wait for the pie to bake put the sauce in the refrigerator in order to thicken.Longer you leave it in the refrigerator thicker it gets.
If you like you can prepare the cashew sauce even few days before.
Makes 4 tablespoon of cashew sauce,one tablespoon for each piece of pie.
