Ingredients -149 calories
1- Cabbage 150g (36 calories)
2-Carrots 100g (41 calories)
3-Onion 100g (42 calories)
4-Salt 1/4 tsp
*add more salt according to your taste)
7-Water 5 cups
8-Corn starch 1tbsp (30 calories)
*Dissolve completely the corn starch in 2 tbsp of cold water.
Chop the vegetables and put them in a medium pot with 5 cups of water.
Cover the pot halfway and boil the soup in high heat for 30 minutes .
After 30 minutes add to the soup the seasoning & the corn starch mixture.
Let it boil for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the stove and cover the pot completely and let it stay for another 15 minutes.
Makes 4 cups of soup.
