1-Chicken 3 oz (112 calories)
2- Carrots 100g (40 calories)
3-Onion 100 g ( 40 calories)
4- Celery 100g (12 calories)
5-Garlic cloves 3
6-Corn starch 1/2 tbsp (15 calories)
*dissolved in 3 tbsp water
7-Rice Ramen nodules 18g (65 calories)
*if you don’t have this type of nodules just use any other nodules you have with equal calories .
8- Salt 1/4 tsp
*add more according to your taste
9-Water 5 cups
Cut the chicken small pieces.
Chop vegetables similar size.
Put all ingredients,beside the nodules,in a medium pot .
Cover pot half way.
Boil in high heat for 25 minutes,on a medium burner .
After 25 minutes add the dissolved corn starch and the nodules .
Boil another 5 minutes.
Turn off the stove and cover completely and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Yields 3 cups of soup.
