1-Zucchini 180g ( 20 calories)
2-Peppers 170g (60 calories)
3-Onion 50g (20 calories)
4-Tomato 270g (42 calories)
5-Garlic cloves 5
6-White rice 2 tbsp (80 calories)
8-Water 6 cups
Chop the ingredients from 1-4 similar size & add in the pot.
Put in the rest of ingredients .
Put the pot over medium burner,on high heat.
Boil for 35 minutes , with cover half way .
Tomato paste & seasoning -15 calories
1-Tomatoes paste 1 tbsp (15 calories)
*In a small bowl,dissolve with 2tbsp warm water the tomato paste.
Add the oregano & parsley to dissolved tomato paste.
Pour the mixture in the soup.
Continue to boil for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the burner and cover the pot completely and let it stand for 15 minutes.
