1-Zucchini ,1 large around 370g
*cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
Cut with wavy knife as seen in the picture.
2-Cooking oil 1tbsp
3-Garlic salt or regular salt 1/4 tsp
Pour the oil in the wok.
Put the wok in large burner over high heat.
Let the oil get hot for less then a minute but not to the point of smoking .Then add the zucchini.
Sauté the zucchinis for 5 minutes.
Make sure to mix the zucchinis every minute until they are slightly brown as in the picture.
Remove the zucchinis on the serving plate.
