1-Red bell peppers 388 g
*cut the sides of the peppers and after cut them in strips
2-Onion 190 g
*cut the onions thin strips lengthwise
*cut the zucchini in the middle lengthwise and after cut them in quarters with wavy knife
4-Cooking oil 2 tbsp
5-Garlic salt or regular salt 1/4 tsp
In a medium baking pan mix all the vegetables with the salt and oil as seen on the picture below.
Put the pan in a 450 degree preheated oven .
Bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes mix the vegetables and let them cook for another 20 minutes .
When done let it cool for 5 minutes before you serve.
Makes 1.1/4 cup cooked vegetable
