Ingredients 1-One medium red bell pepper
– Cut the 4 sides of the pepper and put them on the baking pan skin up as seen in the the below picture. I used only one pepper just as a example. You can broil few of them ar same time in order to use them for rest of the week
Put the oven rack second to the highest position.Turn on the oven to broil and put the peppers in the oven until the skin turns black like in the second photo. The peppers are not burned when the skin gets that black. You just want to make sure that once gets black take out the peppers.
The cooking time may be around around 10-13 minutes .Take the peppers out and let them cool . Peel off the skin as seen in the picture .
