Ingredients for the dip
1-One medium red bell pepper , broiled (30 calories)

2-Walnuts 17g( 112 calories)
3-Edamame 40g (50 calories)
*If you don’t have Edamame just add extra walnuts
4-Balsamic vinegar 1tsp (10 calories)
*Aged balsamic vinegar
5-Cumin 1tsp
6-Salt 1/4 tsp
7-Water 3tbs
*You will need only 2tbs of water in absence of edamame.
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.Vegetables -27 calories
1-Mini peppers 25g (10 calories)
2-Zucchini 25g (4 calories)
3-Carrots 25g ( 10 calories)
4-Celery 25g (3 calories)

Directions
Cut peppers and celery thin strips.
Cut zucchinis  and carrots with wavy knife or according to your liking.
