1-Firm tofu 4 pieces – 3oz each ( 70 calories)
2-Chicken seasoning or steak seasoning
Season the tofu generously with your favorite seasoning according to your taste.
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange the tofu as shown in the picture below
Put the baking pan in 500 degree preheated oven .
Bake for 25 minutes then turn them over. Continue to cook the tofu on the other side for another 15 minutes.

As a side note: I particularly don’t like the texture of tofu. Using my favorite seasoning and baking the tofu makes a big difference in flavor and texture.
