Beat the afternoon cravings with this easy chocolate snack that satisfies your sweet tooth and in same time is good for you.
- 76g Choped Dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 15 Choped Almonds
- 20g Chopped Dried Cranberries
1- Mix the nuts and cranberries together.
2- Melt the chocolate in the microwave , around 1 minute or until ready to spread as seen in the picture below.
3- With an icing spatula spread the melted chocolate over a parchment paper. My parchment paper size is 5 by 10 inches.
4- Right away spread evenly over the chocolate, the mixed nuts.
5- Refrigerate the chocolate mixed nuts for at least one hour or until the chocolate is firm. Cut in desired prices .
