Creamy sauce to put over chicken & rice




1/4 cup Roasted brussels sprouts with sweet potatoes & carrots
1/4 cup Plain yogurt
20g Dried Cranberries
1 Small Garlic clove
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Water
1/8tsp Cinamon
1/8tsp Salt
1/8tsp Curry powder
1/8tsp Tumeric powder ( optional)

Mix well in a blender until creamy. The sauce tastes great over plain cooked chicken & pork or plain rice .

Calories : Brussels sprouts 60,  Yougurt 25 Calories, dried cranberries 65 = 150 Calories  . Yields:  One serving.
