Sauté mushrooms with cranberries

Enjoy the meaty texture and tangy flavor of the mushrooms over pearl barley or rice


5 large thinly sliced white mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh cranberries
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 orange cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoning steak

Cooking direction 

Put  oil in a large wok pan .
Place the pan over a large burner on high heat setting.
Put the  mushrooms & cranberries in.
Sauté for 5 – 7 minuets coverings the pan between mixing.
Add the seasoning steak , orange zest and the juice of the half of the orange and the rest of orange pieces.
