Add some color and flavor to your plain rice . This rice recipe is beautiful to look at and delicious.
Ingredients & cooking directions
- 140g cabbage combined; 70g each
* if you use only red cabbage the color will be more intense
- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 1 small onion
- 3 dates
- 3 color peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 cup Parboiled rice
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt or more according to taste
Cut thinly Brussels sprouts & peppers
Cut in small pieces dates , cranberries.
Chop small onion and shred cabbage.
Mix all the ingredients and water in a large baking pan as seen in the below picture . Cook in a 350 degrees preheated oven for 45 minuets.
