Tasty colorful vegetable rice

Add some color and flavor to your plain rice . This rice recipe is beautiful to look at and delicious.

  • 140g  cabbage combined; 70g each
    * if you use only red cabbage the color will be more intense
  • 10 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 dates
  • 3 color peppers
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 cup Parboiled rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt or more according to taste

Cut thinly Brussels sprouts & peppers
Cut in small pieces dates , cranberries.
Chop small onion and shred cabbage.

Mix all the ingredients and water in a large baking pan as seen in the below picture . Cook in a 350 degrees preheated oven for 45 minuets.
