Roasted mini colored peppers

These peppers are delicious and easy to make . Drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top before serving.

Ingredients

Mini colored peppers – 20-25 pieces.
sweet onion – 3 half’s
Garlic cloves – 6 large

Directions

Put vegetables in a bowl .
Season with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp garlic salt.
Mix well so all the vegetables are coated with oil.
Roast in 550 degrees preheated oven for 5-6 minutes each side.
